 PRS 2  PLR -1 %= 12.00 %  PLR + 2.00% = 15.00
 PRS 3  PLR - 0.5 %=12.50 %  PLR + 2.50% = 15.50%
 PRS 4  PLR =13.00 %  PLR + 3.00% = 16.00%
 PRS 5  PLR + 1 %=14.00 %  PLR + 3.50% = 16.50%
 PRS 6  PLR + 1.5 %=14.50%  PLR + 4.00% = 17.00%

  Terms and Conditions for all exposures Rs. 2 crores and above
1) The rate of interest shall be revised on yearly basis as per the rating arrived.
2) Processing charges would be upto 1 % for all new and additional fund based exposures
3) Pre-payment Penalty charges for pre-mature closure would be 2 % on the outstanding amount for the
